Eliesha’s principle motivation is to consistently “delight the customer”. To achieve this we implement a comprehensive quality, accreditation and continuous improvement strategy. From this we are able to model, promote and improve our service excellence in partnership with our clients.

We ensure that compliance with the quality system is managed through systems of identified processes for given objectives. Regular monitoring and review of quality, administration, strategy, operations and staff development activities are undertaken.  Eliesha has its own trained Internal Auditors who plan, schedule and conduct Internal Quality Audits.  Customer satisfaction is monitored and reviewed.

This Quality Assurance Framework enables clients to purchase our expertise efficiently and effectively. 

Eliesha views training evaluation and return on investment as of paramount importance in determining the value and impact of a learning solution in improving performance, capacity and capability.  To achieve continuous improvement we utilise the Kirkpatrick methodology and incorporate evaluation at the beginning of the process determining, in consultation with the client, what they wish to gain from the evaluation process, the most appropriate methods, how the results will be used and what actions should be taken.  Only by considering this at the beginning can the most effective approach be developed.

Eliesha adopts the PRINCE2® project management methodology for risk and contingency planning.
