In support of the provision of proven, replicable solution strategies to the Public Sector, Eliesha is accredited as a pre-competed supplier on the Buying Solutions Learning & Development and e-learning Framework Agreement.

This status enables clients to achieve the benefits of saving time, effort and procurement costs by directly procuring required services from Eliesha -  in full compliance with UK Government procurement regulations for both sub-threshold and OJEU requirements.

Eliesha has been uniquely successful in being awarded accredited supplier status in 10 major lot categories of the framework agreement, reflecting our knowledge, skills and abilities, quality of service and ability to deliver our client objectives.

About the Government Procurement Service (previously Buying Solutions)

The Government Procurement Service is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an executive agency of OGC in the Treasury, established to help Government deliver best value from its spending.

It has been developed with the involvement of key stakeholders and is underpinned by the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) agenda.

The Government Procurement Service's framework remit extends across both central Government and Local Government, and the wider public sector comprising health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence, utilities, and not for profit sectors. It also extends to devolved administrations and the local government, health, education, and emergency services in Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. HM Government is committed to encouraging all public sector bodies to use this framework, rather than the more time consuming and expensive OJEU route.
