This enables customers to directly procure value for money services from Eliesha.

Buying Solutions is the national procurement partner for UK public services and is an executive agency of OGC in the Treasury, established to help Government deliver best value from its spending. 

It has been developed with the involvement of key stakeholders and is underpinned by the Professional Skills for Government (PSG) agenda.

The Buying Solutions’ framework remit extends across both central Government and Local Government and the wider public sector comprising health, education, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence, utilities and not for profit sectors. It also extends to devolved administrations and the local government, health, education, and emergency services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. HM Government is committed to encouraging all public sector bodies to use this framework, rather than the more time consuming and expensive OJEU route.
