Eliesha was recently privileged to receive the Customer First UK Award. Putting the Customer First® is the National Standard for Customer Service which has its roots in professional business services.  Customer Service excellence is Eliesha’s priority and we believe it will make a measurable and positive impact on our organisation, our customer relationships and our market position.

To celebrate the award we held a superb event with over 70 clients, suppliers, associates, friends and colleagues. We were extremely delighted to welcome Sir Peter Vardy to unveil our Customer First UK Award plaque. Our key speakers from Royal Mail and the Department for Work and Pensions made some fantastic speeches on our achievement of the Customer First Standard, and our customer service with them as clients which will soon be uploaded to the video section of our website.

We were also thrilled to read Service Network’s article on our achievement and the Entrepreneurs Forum review of the event. We would like to say a big thank-you to everyone who attended and helped for making it such a pleasurable and memorable day.
