Open Events
In conjunction with North of England Excellence (NoEE) and the British Quality Foundation, Eliesha are running a number of open events in the Autumn of 2011.
Sessions are being held in our state-of-the-art training premises at Newcastle Business Park, at the International Business Centre in Warrington and at Eliesha's Welsh headquaters in Cardiff.
RISK MANAGEMENT
This introductory programme explores the value of having a formal risk management process. It uses a combination of theory and interactive sessions to provide an insight into the benefits of an embedded risk management system and how to go about introducing such a process.
