This will be supported by strong academic or professional qualifications with evidence of commitment to continuing professional development. Individuals will also be able to demonstrate that they are a natural coach, leader and facilitator as well as being commercially astute with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Highly empathetic to the needs of client organisations you must be creative and able to work flexibly with a diverse mix of people. You must be a resilient, resourceful and practical person who enjoys working collaboratively. From developing the client proposition, to building true partnerships with our established and new client accounts, you will work on projects of real breadth and scope. To make an impact you will need to combine high intellect with strong commercial awareness and exceptional relationship building skills. Evidence of your ability to provide outstanding, results focused L&D solutions is vital.
