Our Board Julie Flanagan, Managing Director and Ann Cottman, Finance Director have worked for 20 and 15 years respectively in the training and development field and founded the company.
Tony Cunningham is Business Development Director, providing a comprehensive understanding of public sector strategy and policy, together with the proven track record and ability to translate this into deliverable and improved service support strategies.
Professor Tony Dickson, previously deputy vice-chancellor of Northumbria University, is non-executive Director, providing specialist knowledge and support of education and training issues in the UK and international markets, together with accreditation strategy expertise. In terms of expertise, Continuing Professional Development of all our Learning and Development Consultants is fundamental in maintaining their good professional standing and to enable them to work credibly with our clients. Our consultants keep up to date with latest trends through involvement with professional bodies such The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), forums, books, DVDs, research and undertaking relevant subject related qualifications. Eliesha staff regularly attend regional network meetings with both CMI and ILM to discuss current trends and in the case of Management Occupational Standards discuss forthcoming changes.
All of our Trainers and Consultants hold Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development memberships, or equivalent memberships and relevant accreditations, with many qualified to degree/post graduate level e.g. MA, MBA, B.Ed. etc in addition to teaching and/or training, facilitation and/or coaching qualifications.
