E-capability: Eliesha efficiently supports its business activities by the appropriate use of web services and business intelligence tools. As required, these can be integrated with client systems. We deliver learning and development interventions face to face, via blended learning or with appropriate e-learning support. Our learning schedules are database driven, to effectively and efficiently manage the scheduling of all learning interventions across all clients. Managed under ISO 270001 standards, our infrastructure is fully supported and backed up across independent sites offering excellent resilience, minimum risk and good business continuity.
We use appropriate web/online tools and psychometric tools in support of our services to help our clients, for example, 360 degree feedback, facilitate employee and/or customer surveys, measure employee engagement, conduct training needs analysis or skills audit; make learning and development interactive and exciting (e.g. Business and team building Games), as well as bring learning and development to the individual and the context of need (e-learning).
E-learning: We support many different types of e-learning intervention, from basic Web accessible content and webinars, to Virtual Learning Environments, through to full Learning Management Systems.
Contract administration and MIS: we are able to provide a complete support and administration service for learning and development. Eliesha can tailor Management Reports to any format that best suits the client.
